Which versions of the OPPO Reno13 5G have no eSIM

OPPO lists eSIM on the versions sold in the UK, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, but not on its Australian, French, Indian or Chinese pages. Check yours with *#06#: an EID means eSIM, and it is in Settings > Mobile Network > eSIM.

Check your own OPPO Reno13 5G

Two minutes on the phone itself settles it, whichever version you have.

  1. Dial *#06#

Open the phone app and dial *#06#. If a number labelled EID appears, your phone supports eSIM.

  2. On Android

Go to Settings, then Network and internet, then SIMs. If you can add an eSIM or download a SIM, it supports eSIM.

  3. Check it is unlocked

A phone bought from a carrier on contract may be locked to it. Ask your carrier, or look for a Carrier Lock line in your settings that says No SIM restrictions.
