eSIM Lounge

Get your guests online the moment they land

The eSIM Lounge host kit is for Airbnb hosts, guesthouses and small hotels. Add a short block to your guest guide or leave a QR card in the welcome book: your guests arrive with mobile data, and you earn a commission on every eSIM they buy.

Apply as a host

Free to join. We review every application and reply by email within a few days.

Who it is for

Anyone who welcomes travelers and writes them a few lines before they arrive.

  • Airbnb and holiday rental hosts, with a digital guidebook or a welcome book in the flat.
  • Guesthouses, B&Bs and hostels that send directions and house rules before check-in.
  • Small and independent hotels with a pre-arrival email or a card at the front desk.

What you get

Everything is in your partner portal as soon as your application is approved.

A commission on every eSIM

10% of the price of every eSIM bought through your link, unless we agree another rate, for 90 days after your guest's visit. Your portal shows the visits, the orders and what you have earned.

A ready guest guide block

A few lines in plain text and in Markdown with your link already in them. Paste them into your own website, your guidebook or your check-in email, wherever your booking platform allows links. On Airbnb, use the printed card instead.

A printable QR card

A postcard-sized card (A6) with a QR code of your link, for the welcome book, next to the Wi-Fi password or at the front desk. One version is for guests who have already arrived, one for guests before the trip. Pick a destination and the card names it and opens its plans.

What your guests get

A travel eSIM is a data plan they install on their phone before the trip. No plastic SIM, and no shop to find at the airport.

  • Mobile data the moment they land, for maps, ride apps and messages on the way to you.
  • They keep their own number: their usual SIM stays in for calls and texts, and the eSIM handles the data.
  • First-time buyers can claim 10% off their first eSIM through our welcome offer.
  • Help by chat and email every day, and a full refund if we cannot deliver their eSIM.

How it works

  1. Apply

Tell us about your place and how you welcome guests. It is free, and we reply within a few days.

  2. Add the kit to your guide

Copy the guest guide block from your portal, print the QR card, or both. Each one is tagged, so you can see which one your guests use.

  3. Earn when guests buy

When a guest buys an eSIM through your link, the order is credited to you. Once you have signed the partner agreement, we pay your approved commissions.

Questions hosts ask

Does the host kit cost anything?

No. Joining is free, the kit is free, and there is nothing to buy or keep in stock.

Can I use the kit on Airbnb?

Yes, with the printed card. Leave it in the welcome book or next to the Wi-Fi password: your guests scan it on your Wi-Fi and install their eSIM in a couple of minutes, and nothing goes through Airbnb. Do not put the link in Airbnb messages, your listing or Airbnb's in-app guidebook: Airbnb's rules limit links to other websites there, and breaking them can put your listing at risk. Keep the guest guide block for your own website and your direct bookings.

Do I need a website?

No. The website field of the application is optional. A guest guide, a welcome book or a check-in email is enough.

Where can I put the link?

On the printed card in the room, and on your own website or the pre-arrival email of a direct booking. On booking platforms, follow their rules: Airbnb, for example, limits links to other websites in messages, listings and its in-app guidebook, so use the card there.

Do my guests pay more through my link?

No. They pay the price shown on the site like anyone else, and a first-time buyer can still claim 10% off through our welcome offer. Your commission comes out of our margin.

What does the QR code contain?

Only your referral link to esimlounge.com, tagged so your portal can count the card. No name, address or other personal data is in it.

When am I paid?

A commission is pending until we approve it. We pay approved commissions once you have signed our partner agreement online. A refunded order earns nothing.

Will my guests' phones work?

Most recent phones support eSIM, but not every model, and a phone locked to its carrier may not accept one. Guests can check their model on our compatible devices list before buying.
