Free Wi-Fi at ORY

Orly uses the same free network as Charles de Gaulle: WIFI-AIRPORT. Paris Aéroport describes it as free and unlimited.

  • Select it in your Wi-Fi settings, then accept the terms on the welcome page.
  • Speed is not guaranteed and can slow at busy times.
  • It is an open network, so use mobile data rather than this Wi-Fi for banking or email.

Buying a SIM card after arrivals

Neither the airport nor Relay lists which Orly shops stock SIM cards, so ask at a Relay newsagent. Orange sells its Holiday SIM in some airport Relay shops, and Bouygues Telecom sells My European SIM at Relay, tobacconists and newsagents.

  • After arrivals, the Relay shops you can reach are on the arrivals level and in the public areas of Orly 1, in the public area of Orly 3, and on levels 0 and 1 of Orly 4.
  • Bouygues Telecom lists My European SIM at 39.90 euros for 30 GB (checked October 2026). Orange does not publish its in-store Holiday price.

Bring your passport: both operators require you to register the SIM in your name within 30 days, or the line is cut.

Install one at home before you fly and you are online when the wheels touch down, with no queue at a SIM counter.

Mobile networks in France

France has four main mobile networks: Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom and Free Mobile. A travel eSIM connects to one of them as a roaming partner, which is why data roaming must be on for the eSIM line. The partner network can differ from plan to plan, so check the plan details, or ask us at support@esimlounge.com before you buy.
