Buying a SIM card after arrivals

SimLocal InMotion has shops on floor 0, in the public arrivals area, of both Terminal 1 and Terminal 4. Aena lists them as open 6:00 to 22:00, with hours that may change in holiday periods. They sell SIM cards from MásMóvil, Cube, Lyca and Lebara, plus travel adapters. The airport listing advertises staying connected for about 1 euro a day (checked October 2026); ask for the full price of a plan before you buy.

eSIM plans for Spain

Install one at home before you fly and you are online when the wheels touch down, with no queue at a SIM counter.

Mobile networks in Spain

Spain's main mobile networks are Movistar, Vodafone, Orange and Digi. Orange merged with MásMóvil in 2024, so Yoigo, a MásMóvil brand, is now part of the same group. A travel eSIM connects to one of them as a roaming partner, which is why data roaming must be on for the eSIM line. The partner network can differ from plan to plan, so check the plan details, or ask us at support@esimlounge.com before you buy.
