All three Turkish operators have shops on the arrivals floor, landside, open 24 hours a day: Turkcell (two shops), Vodafone (through the Wifist Vodafone shop in international arrivals) and Türk Telekom (on the domestic arrivals side). Turkcell's Tourist Welcome Pack costs 1,800 TL for 20 GB and 200 minutes over 28 days (checked October 2026); airport counters can charge more than city shops. Bring your passport, which is needed to open a tourist line.

Turkey has three mobile networks: Turkcell, Vodafone and Türk Telekom. A travel eSIM connects to one of them as a roaming partner, which is why data roaming must be on for the eSIM line.
